So sorry to hear about Perkins (not). He lived a good life and received more attention than was deserved, but certainly served Adiona very well for low these many decades!

I'm working to align myself with that philosophy as well! I read this morning that "our past pain and our present suffering are awakening us to the true power within." As we work to overcome, we raise our consciousness and deepen our fulfillment.

Absolutely. I’ve been thinking on this theme all week, with Valentine’s Day tomorrow and a yoga session today. Love is the most radical, rational act we humans can summon. Mary Oliver says, “Joy is not made to be a crumb.”
